As a career strategist, I help clients to envision, design and take the necessary steps to improve their future and work with career transitions, blending the generational workforce, leadership coaching, employee engagement and emotional wellness. I give clients the individual attention, support and expertise to help them find a career that aligns with their purpose and passion or to be a high performer. I have the education and experience to understand both human and organizational behavior, and the field of careers and career mangement. I have Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work and am a Licensed Cinical Social Worker. I have a Ph. D in Leadership and Education, with a specialization in Human Resource Development. I am also a Certified Professional Coach as well as Certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I am an adjunct professor at several universities, Master’s level, where I teach Career Management, Organizational Behavior and Group Dynamics and Change. I write, speak, and train in the areas of careers and personal and professional development. I have over 25 years experience working in both private and non-profit corporations. I belong to a number of organizations and associations and continually work on my own development, all of which is beneficial to the clients I work with. I truly am committed to your success!
